For those not familiar it is large city park just north and east of downtown Cincy. Walked a few laps around Mirror lake, Reflection Pond, whatever it's called. One dog-walker's eyes got a little big but we smiled and passed each other without incident. No doubt that the guy practicing his fly-casting technique was guilty of some arcane ordinance violation, he'd have been more subject to prosecution than I was this morning.
Then I sat in the nearby open air (no walls) gazebo and fired up my Savinelli pipe. More almost illegal behavior!
But I still like concealed carry better.

OC in another state...
Tried my OC luck in Goebel Park, Covington Ky. yesterday. Pair of wanna be thug young dudes walked a little straighter and nodded politely as we passed each other along the sidewalk.

I made a trip down to Lexington on Thursday to help my cousin move up here. I open carried my Glock 35 and got a lot of looks from the people down there, but nobody called the police.
