If you're coming to the OFCC Meet 'n' Eat next month (assuming I can pull the thing together) mention over there ahead of time that you'd be interested in some discrete post-event gear swapping in the parking lot. Shh, don't tell anybody, we've done a little of that before! Just be cool about it and don't alarm the fat, grasseating, gun-loathing customers going to their sheepmobiles.
EDIT TO ADD: Yeah, we could maybe do the same thing this Thursday at the OCO event, except it hard to have much of a swap meet among 2-4 people. (Prove me wrong gang!)
