I like the idea of every 4th thursday, allows ppl to make arrangements. Hopefully I will be able to make the meetings and lend a hand.........We need a trademark emblem for display on items or in locations.....And we really need a lawyer for problems that may arise......... I am true Open Carry

Well it's a new group forming. We will just need some patience and understanding.

I have been a bit ill and with my duties with the Marine Corps League haven't been able to give the time I wanted over the last month. But I am feeling a bit better and hopefully the funerals will slow down. Seems like we bury veterans in bunches.

Also didnt do much from the 2nd meeting thru the SAF Training. Wanted to see what they had to say so we wouldn't have to do things over. There was so much information given there I am still reading over it.

Also for everyone's information. I did get the name of an lawyer who might give us some assistance. Will try to contact him on Monday.

Don't get discouraged, getting a group like this going usually take 2 to 4 months for just the basis formation. I don't want to rush into things.

for right now we are going to take it slow, look for a few more people and hopefully this new contact with the lawyer will pan out and we can get some legal advise going.

The lawyer in the Klein V Leis case works down the road from me. He is a litigation attorney, but he probably knows some pro gun criminal lawyers.

Talked with the lawyer for about10 minutes. Going to get some questions together and call him back.

Now now Splat, let's not rush into anything! Laughing I think Lthrnck was going to get these questions together based on input here, and at the next Meet 'n' Eat event. (If more than two of us show up that is!)

Actually wracked my brain trying to think of such questions. To date I haven't come up with much for an attorney to answer. But then my self-reliant nature keeps reminding the rest of me that the most important question is always: What needs to be done so that I can end my day back home in one piece?' As the Don Henley song suggests 'Lawyers clean up all details...'

The crucial stuff is up to me.

I know..............But the base needs to be in place, Actually I am working on some ideas in my screwed up little mind. I have wanted to open a coffeeshop for awhile now using a Progun 2A / Outdoorsman theme.

Kinda like a tim horton's that sells firearm, hunting and fishing accessories...............But is in fact a cover for OCOhio.org and their base camp operations....

But in the mean time I have a small business to run and a family of 7 to feed .............I can't be held up over a bullcrap charge that could have been avoided have we located a ProGun lawyer with the same zest as we have for our 2A rights..................

Splat, I would hang out at your coffee shop all the time. Infact I would be your best customer. Very Happy
